Damage Upon Delivery and DOA

If a product arrives damaged, not as ordered, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue found.

Request Verification

After receiving the report, we may request further information to evaluate the case. The solution is determined based on the documentation received, the condition of the product, and the nature of the problem.

Possible Solutions

Following verification, possible solutions may include replacement, sending missing parts, repair, refund, or other appropriate management for the specific case.

Operational Exclusions

Situations reported beyond 48 hours from delivery without sufficient documentation are not covered as delivery damage, except for imperative rights provided by applicable law.
